OUR HISTORY

Sepracor Pharmaceuticals, Inc., formerly known as Oryx Pharmaceuticals Inc., was founded in 2001 with the mission of building a Canadian specialty pharmaceutical company that purchased and licensed unique pharmaceutical products for the Canadian marketplace. After a successful history with many notable product approvals, launches and resulting commercial success, the Company was acquired by Sepracor Inc. in 2008. The acquisition of the Company provides Sepracor Inc. with a commercial launch platform in the strategically important Canadian marketplace.
